RETURN AND/OR CANCELLATION POLICY & PROCEDURE
• According to the Electronic Communication and Transactions Act, as a consumer you are entitled to a general right to return goods seven (7) days after purchase/delivery, for any reason without penalty, the consumer however will be liable for the cost of returning the goods. <br /
• Goods need to be returned unused and in its original packaging with all labels attached, within seven (7) days of receiving the item.<br / <br /
• A refund will be made to the purchaser within seven (7) days of cancellation after goods have been returned. If you would like to exchange an item, this must be done within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order.
• If for any other reason you wish to return your purchase, to obtain a full refund you must:
• return items in the condition in which they were received and in their original packaging
• ensure we receive the returned items within 7 (Seven) days
Please note that some items may not be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Please open all parcels gently, do not tug or pull open. We are not liable if the above instructions has not been followed.
Sales Stock Policy
All sales are discounted and final, we do not allow sale items to be exchange or returned.
